Marie is passionate in supporting local businesses with their recruitment needs, assisting them in all aspects of the recruitment process.

DAWN RUSSELL

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Dawn comes from a managerial background within retail, where she gained plentiful customer service skills. Dawn has worked as a Recruitment Consultant for JLC for eight years and is on hand to support and build relationships with candidates and clients. Dawn also works alongside the job centre and other schemes to assist in recruiting job seekers.
Dawn is eager to assist local businesses in their recruitment solutions.

Spencer is new to the JLC Recruitment family, after working in a managerial position in various sectors including transport and warehouse,.
Just over 2 years ago, using the skills he acquired in management Spencer embarked on a new career as a recruitment consultant. Spencer brings to the team his knowledge and understanding of larger corporations and is here to assist local businesses in their recruitment solutions.

Gemma started working for JLC in 2023 after spending most of her career in the music industry. Gemma has the experience of working with the public and social media management. Gemma is the person you will be talking to on all of JLC's social pages, and she will be there to inform, support, and point candidates in the right direction.
Gemma is passionate about helping people, and with a friendly approach she's there to support colleagues, candidates, and the wider community.

PAYROLL AND ACCOUNTS

Leanne is an integral part of JLC and has dedicated over a decade of her life to the company. Leanne initially began working in the ceramics industry and transferred her knowledge and experience to the recruitment industry. Leanne manages the accounts, payroll, and general running of the business and is on hand to help with any account and payroll queries.
